As part of IT Infrastructure Services of Technicolor, you are in charge of the active directory and office 365 global applications.


Active Directory & Office 365 Expert 

Overall responsible for the Active Directory and Azure AD service at Technicolor 

Overall responsible for the Office 365 service 

Work with the architecture and security team to define the standard related to our AD and Office 365 service. 

Provide structure and guidance how the AD and Office 365 service is managed by our Local IT organization and helpdesk. This includes security guideline. 

Lead the integration of third-party applications or services with the AD and Office 365. 

Translate business requirement that impact the AD an office 365 so they could be implemented. 

Propose evolution of the service to increase efficient, reduce security risk or make our organization more agile. 

Maintain the AD infrastructure and act as the last escalation point within the organization before we request support from MS. 

Maintain a test environment to validate the introduction of new features. 

 Client services support 

Escalation point within Technicolor for the services supported by the Client Services team including: 

  • authentication/Directory (including Okta) 

  • Virtual Desktop 

  • Desktop/laptop 

  • OS (Image) 

  • DNS (internal/external) 

  • MDM/Intune 

  • software distribution/SCCM  

As part of the Client Services team, work on transformation project for Technicolor associated to the services above. 

Provide an advanced Support for Local IT teams, ITOPS team and service desk Globally 


Technology expertise 

  • Managing experience of a complex AD domain and ADFS environment supporting more than 10K accounts.  

  • MS Exchange expertise 

  • Microsoft cloud technologies such O365, Azure AD, Intune, RMS experience. 

  • Experience in deployment of Windows 10 

  • Okta 


  • 4+ years of strong experience as AD admin 

  • 2+ years of relative experience as O365 administrator 

  • 5+ years of relative experience in an international IT organization. 

  • 5+ years in-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of application, network, PC, and platform operating systems. 

  • 1+ years of experience in developing strategies, roadmaps, standards and reference architecture/implementation of Application, Policy, Mobility and Digital Transformation technologies. 

Basic Skills 

  • Technical understanding and aptitude to remain up to date with office applications and industry developments 

  • Capable of independent decision making based on broad managerial direction 

  • Interpersonal skills especially in a multicultural corporation. 

  • Strong ability to communicate technical subjects and requirements to non-technical audiences. 

  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills to resolve issues that span technology and culture.  

  • Willing to carry mobile phone and support real-time technical issues as needed.
