The Los Angeles studio is looking for Production Coordinators to join our team.

The role of the Production Coordinator is meant to support assigned Producers with the day to day running of current jobs and projects.  This person would be involved in bringing efficiencies for producers running current jobs ranging from internal systems and processes to client communication, interaction, and delivery.
·       Assist producer with postings, layoffs, interfacing with client and client needs and quality control
·       Preparing shot lists
·       Compiling reference material and pitch content
·       Keeping the Mill’s history archive and internal show reels up to date
·       Keeping our current client data base
·       Assisting their Producers and the scheduling department with any specific job related issues
·       Liaising with various departments to ensure that production and client needs are being fulfilled
·       Compiling credit list and PR details at job wrap
·       Wrangling meetings, sales calls and catalogued minutes of all Production meetings
·       Efficient response time to client queries and requests
·       Increased communication and productivity within the Production department
·       Maintained and up to date systems, databases and show reels
·       Good working knowledge and relationships with other Mill offices


·       Working knowledge of the Post Production process and the US advertising industry
·       Flexible working hours
·       Attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile
·       Ability to multitask and change direction depending on the current needs of the situation
·       Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
·       Able to take direction but also proactive in making suggestions and finding solutions
·       Resourceful and lateral thinking
·       Able to communicate at all levels/across all departments
·       Has a sense of duty and a keenness to learn about the post production industry

This is a big and rewarding job that sees me leading a team of 60 creative and administrative people making the world safe for comedy and drama. On a day-to-day basis, my team oversees sound editors, re-recording mixers, Foley artists, schedulers and project managers for about 30 episodic projects at any one time.

I love a lot about my job. I enjoy the creative talent, the clients, the rush of weekly deadlines but most of all I enjoy being in the midst of the creative process. Technicolor is a place where creativity and technology meet. I really enjoy being at the intersection.
