Make an Impact

Wherever you work within our organization, and whatever your role, at Technicolor every individual gets to make an impact.

Throughout the business, it’s easy to speak to management and there’s an established culture of trying new ideas and allowing people to take the initiative. But as well as this, our Performance Management System ensures that rewards and progression are tied formally to performance.

Performance Management

Our Performance Management System is a transparent process that helps make sure everyone knows what is expected of them, and allows them to measure how they are doing against a set of agreed objectives

This means all our people have an individual development plan and regular communication with managers to discuss the plan.

For you it’s a guarantee that you’ll be recognized for your efforts and rewarded for your performance. For us it’s a way of making sure that talented people know they are valued and receive the opportunities they deserve.

The recruitment Process

How does the selection process work?

With so many different roles and locations we don’t have a single, standardized selection process. Instead, the process is decentralized and divided into several phases. This means that, depending on the job and the country, different selection tools (interviews, assessments, online questionnaires, and so on) may be used.

How long after applying can I expect to hear back?

The time can vary. You may hear from us immediately or after a couple of weeks, depending on the number of people applying and how well your experience and skills match the open role. But we always try our best to contact you as soon as possible.

Do I have to accept cookies to apply online?

Yes. The cookies make it easier for you to apply online. You can use our online application system to enter your information and save your application details. We will not collect any data via the cookies without your explicit approval.

How do email alerts work?

You can create as many job alerts as you like by simply adding your email address and specifying the type of jobs you would like to be alerted about. Then, you will receive email alerts every time a new job posted matches any of the criteria you entered. Within the emails you’ll find links to ‘Manage your Job Alerts’ which enables you to edit or remove alerts, and ‘Unsubscribe’ if you want to stop receiving the emails.
